We have a newly built spa where you can take a dip in the saltwater pool, warm the body in the hot springs which are both outdoor and indoor. There is also a steam room, as well as tranquil surfaces where you can enjoy refreshment. Please note that there is a surcharge to access and use all Spa facilities.

Housed in a former monastery from the Middle Ages, this historic hotel is located on Lake Vättern in quaint Vadstena. Guests can relax with in the peaceful settings or at the on-site spa. It features free WiFi and an on-site restaurant.

Vadstena Klosterhotell’s classically decorated guest rooms feature cable TV and a separate seating area. Some are located in the monastery building, while others are in a grand 19th-century building.

The spa can be accessed for a surcharge and includes hot baths, a sauna, a steam bath and a variety of spa and massage treatments. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor hot tub, a cafe/bar, a relaxation room and a gym.

Guests can rent bicycles to explore the neighbouring Vadstena Castle and the town’s idyllic main street. Vadstena Golf Club is 10 minutes’ drive away. Motala Train Station, 17 km away, is the closest stop to the hotel.
